about the case filed in CAT
This Association had filed a case
in the Hon’ble CAT on 28.10.2015 with the following prayer:
A. “quash and set aside the
advertisement No.12/2015 issued by UPSC to the extent advertising the post of
Assistant Director at Sl. No.8 with vacancy No.15091208412 and direct the
respondents to fill up the resultant vacancies in all the grades of CSOLS arisen
as a result of cadre restructuring by regular promotion in accordance with
para 2 of OM dated 12.09.2011 including the post of Assistant Director,
Official Language and the eligible officers of CSOLS may be awarded all
consequential benefits:''
B.. ''Pending
final disposal of the OA, the office of respondent no.2 (i.e. UPSC) be
directed not to proceed further in terms of the advertisement No.12/2015 for
the post of Assistant Director as notified at Sl. No.8 with vacancy
No.15091208412.''

The said short reply stated to be on behalf of all the respondents.
Rejoinder thereto has also been filed. Learned counsel for the
